1.0− There was a problem with our booking and rather than trying to get to the bottom of the mistake, we were simply told to pay for both rooms even though it was VERY apparent that the room was mistakenly double booked. We were not allowed to speak to the Supervisor, we were simply told that the card used to reserve the room would be charged twice.

10.0As always the staff are what makes the W hotel. Said it before and I'll say it again, W standards for Wonderful! Very attentive without being over bearing. Polite, professional and literally nothing is too much trouble. This is our third stay this year and hope to return again before the end of the year. Thank you!
