8.0The staff are all very nice and helpful. They were in the process of remodeling a wing so clean was a challenge. Then their hoover was broken so the poor staff were sweeping rugs using s dust broom. I really look forward to the new mattresses they promise in the superior rooms as they just installed in the standard rooms. Breakfast is eggs your way then dinner type savories. Pretty much same every day. The breads are very dry so dont get eaten. No pork, good for non pork eater. The breakfast could use an imaginative and good chef to offer a wider variety

6.0I was looking forward to swimming but unfortunately the pool is closed for maintenance and this wasn’t communicated when I booked. Bathtub had hotwater but the shower was only lukewarm not hot. Excellent breakfast!
Lovely staff and clean, spacious room
10.0The staff were lovely - everyone is very welcoming and the service is great. Breakfast had fresh fruit and an omelette station everyday. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked quite nice. Had a tasty meal at the restaurant attached, The Copper Pot, where I also had great service.
