− Le Hamman était en panne depuis plusieurs semaines et l’accueil ne nous a pas prévenu à l’arrivée. C’était un critère premier du choix pour cet établissement et pas d’info ni encore moins de compensation. Pas de serviette supplémentaires pour le spa. Problème de chauffage dans l’appartement
