7.0Superbe emplacement, belle chambre, on s’y sent très bien. Coup de cœur pour le restaurant Ursus
− Le personnel n’est pas formé, pour le room tour la personne ne trouve pas la salle de bain (ne connaît pas la chambre et nous le dit) On demande une bouilloire, on nous amène un room service avec deux théières. On ne nous communique pas un détail important sur l’horaire de la dernière montée du funiculaire lors de notre passage à l’accueil. On aurait pu totalement le louper. Après avoir dîner au restaurant une étoile, on attend dans notre retour en chambre une petite attention, comme dans les autres établissements - mais rien. Le spa est beau, mais il manque cruellement l’espace tisanerie que l’on retrouve dans tous les spa. Nous avions demandé ne serait qu’une bouteille d’eau dans les vestiaires qui nous a été refusé. On nous a donné une gourde à remplir dans le lobby de l’hôtel en peignoir, une petite gourde qu’on doit remplir toutes les heures…Les gobelets sont la, mais à côté d’un robinet. Une table avec de quoi boire du chaud et du froid, des fruits secs c’est un service que l’on attend d’un spa.

7.0Wij komen hier al jaren, fantastische kamers, extreem goed ontbijt en fijne hotelbar / lounge. Het hotel ligt een beetje ongelukkig in Val Claret maar dat werd altijd gecompenseerd door twee shuttlebusjes.
− We waren er dit jaar end of season. Veel te weinig staf, supervriendelijk maar overwerkt. Problemen met shuttlebus en niet de service die je bij deze prijsstelling mag verwachten. Ook al was het ongeveer de helft van het hoofdseizoentarief

10.0Gentillesse du personnel. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Petites attentions de bienvenue. Local à ski et proximité des pistes de ski. Possibilité d’acheter les forfaits à l’accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent. Qualité des appareils de sport. Qualité de l’espace détente.
