1.0Pool and sauna nice
− The room and halls had a terrible smell. Had to count everything in room and check of inventory. Internet terrible and smart tv didn’t work. Had to have room inspected before we left and kitchen fully cleaned including dishwasher unloaded.

7.0Self catered apartments but was able to order fresh bread and pastries to the room. Staff were lovely and beds and showered were great. Not a lot of storage in the room but ok.
− The lift was a challenge. Only one small lift so sometimes had to wait a long time for the lift to be empty. We were on the 5 floor so not easy to climb the stairs after a long ski.

9.0La piscine et le spa sont peu utilisés le matin, ce qui permet de profiter des équipements en tout sérénité. L'équipement de la chambre est très complet et permet de passer un bon séjour.
− Ma chambre était placée juste au dessus du spa. Une nuit, le spa n'a pas été éteint et a tourné toute la nuit : sommeil très perturbé, dommage.

10.0Excellent location close to the Chaudanne lift. Enjoyed the Sauna/hot tub every night after skiing. Well-proportioned apartment, although we were not sure why the detailed inventory was needed - if you stay in a place like this, you don't steal a spoon.

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
