Very bad manger not helpful at all
1.0The manger was no help. I’ve been staying every weekend for the last month. I had an emergency come up today and had to check out early. Asked if they could refund me or credit for next time and they said no they couldn’t help. Very sad

I will never stay at another hotel like this again
1.0− When I booked, I called them to make sure the hot tub and pool were working when I got there after 11 hours of driving they said no it was down for maintenance both of them and it was on the website and I should’ve looked at the website before I came. I explained I called and looked on the website. I didn’t see anything. I asked if I could get a refund and she said no they were extremely rude and the king-size bed only had three pillows. It was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very small.

− My room smelled, the tv did not work, light switch was coming off the wall, bathroom was dirty.

− The 2nd night I had been there, I ended up being the ER with my daughter all night. Didn't get back to the hotel until 5am. I told them the situation and asked if I could check out at 1130am or 12pm so we could get some sleep since we'd been up all night. They said I would be charged an extra $25 for the extra 30 minutes to an hr. I felt they could have been a little more understanding.

This was okay for a quick one night stay but it wasn’t clean so I wouldn’t stay here again.
4.0The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet.
− It was not clean. There were grubby marks on the walls, stains on the sheets, and wallpaper peeling.
