A gem of a hotel in Plett
9.0This place is perfectly situated and was a great stay. When I had issues with the lights in my room not switching off properly (an after effect of recent storms), the staff moved super quick and gave me a brilliant room to stay in. No complaints at all, and a huge compliment to the staff, including the GM who made a point of finding me the next morning.
