10.0for the second time , I’m back after 9 months and it still the most amazing hotel experience ever , this Kempinski is the best in service amongst the others in the same chain , thanks to Carlos in the reception he was very professional ,welcoming , with excellent attitude ,check in was smooth and fast he provided great service , rooms super clean and very modern , housekeeping fast efficient and friendly, every one was delivering excellent service ,thanks kempinski
