5.0The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
− The room we stayed in was extremely noisy. You could hear everything that was happening out on the street all night long. We also were not made aware that we were going to have to pay an extra 50$ for parking. And it wasn’t even at the hotel, it was down the street.
We had beautiful river views from our room. The pool was wonderful and the courtyard was so relaxing in the morning.
10.0The location is perfect for where we wanted to be in the city. We were able to walk nearby for dinner and drinks. The staff were exceptional! Jasmine even made up a Birthday gift bag for me!!! I go on my trips, and this is the first time any hotel has done this. We loved it! She really made our night with that. I have told everyone about our experience at the Aloft
− The parking was our only issue. We didn’t realize it is valet only. We did have an option for parking off site, which we did not like. We felt rushed grabbing all of our luggage, sunglasses, and pretty much anything else we might need before the car was taken. The line behind us was trailing into the street.

Great hotel for downtown Mikwaukee fun!
9.0Room was great, location was lovely, staff allowed us to cancel second room when windstorm blew a tree on my son's car, rendering it unsuable to drive in and join us. That meant a lot, as we were trying to deal with insurance, safety, etc. from the hotel.
− The shower had mold in the door seal. I'd love some spray and towels to wipe down machines in the gym area.

7.0− Entryway carpets look worn and dingy, one front desk staff wasn't overly friendly, we could've been closer to our destination at a similar or lower price
The front desk person Kat I believe is her name was fanominal. She helped me get two additional nights at a better rate
10.0It was in a great location. It was only 10 minutes from the hospital. My wife had surgery and we wanted to stay near the hospital.
− The parking downtown Milwaukee is expensive but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.
