2.0Horrible. I wasnt allowed to check into the hotel because the front desk said they do not accept hotels.com as a form of payment. Ive asked for a refund and still havnet received anything. Ive used this app for my hotel stays for years and have never been treated this horrible. This was the worst experience ive ever has in this situation

2.0This place was an absolute flop house. Disgustingly filthy. It appears to be a hooker haven. We did not stay and I am now demanding a refund. You Have been warned!!

2.0Ice machine broke. In room phone not working. Fan on heater/air conditioner not adjustable fan ran at full speed when trying to heat room check out was supposed to be 11:00 I left at 9:55 and could not get back in. Went to the window and a lady kept saying by

4.0Travelodge in Los Banos, CA needs a lot of TLC. The driveway approach is a mess and checking in through this almost prison-like window was unnerving. Bathroom needs a through cleaning. The lobby is locked and inaccessible. Online photos are deceiving. Less expensive than other nearby brands, but wish we had chosen to stay elsewhere.
Daniel Manger not a good guy
2.0Daniel is fake news, he promised me to book through travel lodge since he could not change name through Hotels.com. I went ahead and rebooked with ease. Following morning, he tried to charge $150 to my debit card because apparently there was someone else in the room. Be very careful with Daniel and I would consider taking business elsewhere.
