Ideal stay for a good game drive
8.0The location is ideal, and the staff were extremely friendly and constantly attentive, the food was amazing. The tents had air conditioning which is great. The swimming pool was amazing. Our ranger on the game drive was attentive and she even prioritized what we wanted to see.
− The restaurant lacks an atmosphere, you feel like you need to whisper to your partner across the table. The term “all inclusive” seems to be a bit grey as all activities need to be paid for excluding the 2 included game drives. When checking out we were asked to pay for a night drive, which we never did or even enquired about doing which was odd.

10.0The whole experience was magical. The Lodge was exceptional Food was great and plentiful Safari guide Chumani was just a pleasure , friendly, knowledgeable, and good fun. Made our 6 game drives really amazing
− Our bed sheets felt dusty and our duvet needed replaced it filling if the duvet was all clumped together Blinds in the bathroom were dated and needed replaced.

5.0- Lage in der Natur / tolle Umgebung - Unterkunft im Zeltstil / sehr authentisch
− - Service im Restaurant war katastrophal (Wartezeit auf Getränke oftmals 25 min plus / Speisen wurden vor Getränkebestellung gebracht / Getränkebestellungen kamen gar nicht an / Besteck hat beim Gedeck gefehlt / Motivation der Mitarbeitenden hielt sich teils stark in Grenzen) - Check-In Mitarbeiter gähnte mehrfach laut heraus bei den Erklärungen zur Lode (geht gar nicht) - Qualität der Speisen war für hohen Preis nicht gerade sonderbar - Insekten im Zimmer und das Duschwasser fühlte sich sehr salzig an (aber man ist natürlich auch in der Natur) - Safaris waren ok, aber auf anderen Lodges sieht man sicher massiv mehr Tiere in grösserer Menge. Guide war ok aber auch nicht mega im Vergleich zu anderen Lodge‘s (Erfahrung fehlte)

Amazing Lodge for Safaris
7.0Amazing Lodge with very friendly staff. Very clean and the game drives are stunning. We managed to see all of the big five! The only thing that could be a bit better is the food, it was not bad but quite average.
