− Alarm ging tijdens ons verblijf in de nacht 4x af, de welwillende nachtportier kon het probleem ook niet oplossen, het alarm kon nog wel meer afgaan, het computersysteem lag eruit en daarom besloten we om 1.45uur weer terug naar Amsterdam te rijden en thuis te gaan slapen. Een gezin met een baby ging in de auto slapen. Hopelijk wordt dit netjes afgehandeld en krijgen we ons geld terug. De klacht is ingediend.

1.0That it didn’t have aircon, it was a heatwave and about 35 degrees
− I paid for breakfast but was leaving early before breakfast times… in all hotels i have been in they make you a breakfast bag to take with you.. but here they wanted to charge an extra 16€ ontop for this service.. which obviously i was not going to pay!
Deeply disappointing
3.0Location was okay. Young girl at reception was helpful and pleasant
− First room mattress had large trench on left side. Asked to swap rooms after first night. Agreed after slight discussion. Rooms are in places very dusty. Lift was old and certainly does not fit 6 people as stated. No bottled water supplied in rooms that normal hotels provide. Breakfast was disgusting. Not much variety and looked as though had sat there for hours. Hardly any fresh fruit options. One of worst breakfasts ever had. In general hotel needs a lot of attention . It's looking very old. Would not recommend and do not understand how can be classed as 4 stars.

− Dirty room stains everywhere. Showers dirty. Sofa stain spots. Breakfast very poor quality service bad. Amount restock breakfast very bad.
