8.0First of all, the location was excellent. The staff member was very friendly and smiling. For instance, they waited up for us at the hotel late at night just so we could drop off our luggage, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Aside from that, they went out of their way to help us whenever we needed a kettle or had any other requests. The rooms were clean and had good soundproofing. We didn't encounter any bugs or insects at all.
− The rooms were far too cramped. There was no kettle or water heater provided inside the room itself. The shower area was extremely tight, and the shower base was raised quite high off the floor.

− Insonorizzazione totalmente assente. Il bagno era chimico e purtroppo generava un odore sgradevole.
