10.0Very comfortable room & bed. Superb meals in the elegant Carrier drawing room. Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside.

10.0We had a lovely 2 day stay. Greeted by the delightful Megan on reception who looked after us beautifully. Our room was very nice and comfortable. Our two breakfasts in the glorious dinning hall were exceptional and both Doreen and Sorrel went above and beyond to make it such a special experience. Excellent service and friendliness. Our stay ended with another lovely lady on reception who helped us with our luggage to our car and waved us off. We had a great stay and can highly recommend anyone who wants a lovely tranquil stay and to be thoroughly spoilt in beautiful surroundings to stay at Hintlesham Hall.
Brilliant hotel
10.0Excellent stay. Lovely room. Staff were brilliant. Had a fantastic massage. Food was beautiful. Only issue was wifi is not great in my room.

8.0I have rated Hintlesham 4 stars as the Hotel itself is stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful but in my opinion the food really lets the place down. The restaurant itself is lovely, set in a beautiful room within the Hall and the menu read well but was hugely over priced and of a poor standard breakfast was a bit better but my eggs were cold which wasn’t great. So if I was rating the hotel and staff I would give 5 star rating but I would give the food a generous 2!
