Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Fix the TV.
7.0The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff person was courteous and helpful. For us, the location was perfect because we wanted to be close to the eastern end of the city and to the highway, but it's not near anything interesting in the city, and not walking distance to a grocery store or anything like that.
− The TV didn't work. Just wanted to relax in the evening with some TV and it didn't work. The staff person came to the room and "reset" it, so the selections were available, but everything we selected kept freezing and pausing. Whatever service they're using doesn't work very well, or maybe it was just the TV in our room. That was the only problem, but it shouldn't be that hard to have a working TV.
Good location at a good price point.
9.0A very clean and comfortable motel. I liked that I could park directly outside my room which made loading and unloading of luggage very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the heating/cooling wall mounted unit was easy to operate and worked very quickly. The bathroom (on the small size) was still perfect for my use. I like that it had a walk in shower. The entire room was clean and looked like it might have been redone. Check in was quick and friendly (and early). Definitely a place to return to on my trip to Sudbury
− I was concerned about the location as it is sitting directly on the Kingsway (Trans Canada Highway) but the noise was minimal later in the evening.

A nice motel.
8.0Motel is older, but has been upgraded and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. EV chargers worked and were not expensive.
