9.0קיבלנו חדר משפחה מרווח, דו-מפלסי, עם שתי מרפסות. ארוחת בוקר הייתה מגוונת וטעימה. הבריכה המרכזית הייתה כיפית. המלון צמוד לחוף הים. מסעדת הסושי של המלון הייתה מעולה - מנות מיוחדות שהן פיוז'ן של יפן ופרו.
− המסעדה שבמלון מאוד יקרה והמנות קטנות מידי. הייתה הפסקת חשמל במשך 12 שעות ואי אפשר היה להתקלח או לעשות משהו, כי הכל היה חשוך ולצוות לא היה פצרון בשבילנו.

− Zwembad iets kleiner dan verwacht dus bij aanwezigheid ander groot gezin was het al snel vol.
Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollen Lodges und tollem Frühstück und mE ein paar Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
8.0Eine schöne Anlage mit tollen Lodges inmitten des Dschungels. Und nah am Strand. Das Frühstück als Budget ist richtig klasse und jeder findet etwas. Ich kann keine Milchprodukte essen und habe mir im Supermarkt Soja Mick gekauft. Mein Tipp wäre dies ggf. noch anzubieten für alle die keine Milchprodukte essen können. Ich hatte nur Übernachtung und Frühstück, weil ich nicht wusste dass es all inclusive gibt. Aber das würde ich jederzeit wieder so machen, da man mit Auto, Bike oder zu Fuß so viele günstige Möglichkeiten findet um die lokale Küche auszuprobieren. Das Personal war mit Ausnahme der Personen an der Rezeption lustig, ehrlich und nett. Als ich vor Ort war waren alle Touren ausgebucht. Mi get your guide, tripsdvisor oder den lokalen anbieten vor Ort ist es super einfach selbst Alternativen zu buchen. Man muss auch bewusst sein, dass man can 15 min mit dem bike vom Ort Puerto viejo entfernt ist und man ein Bild oder Auto benötigt. Ein bike kann man sich überall für 7 Dollar für 24 h leihen. Im Hotel kostet es 12 Dollar ! Und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass das Hotel in erster Linie von Familien gebucht wird. Entsprechend laut ist es am Pool und beim frühstücken. Ich bin daher immer ans Meer gegangen
− Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider echt unfreundlich und man hatte das Gefühl zu nerven wenn man was fragt. Und das Fitness Studio, weshalb ich die Unterkunft gebucht hatte ist ein Witz. So groß wie ein Bad mit alten rostigen Geräten. Ich bin für 7 Dollar pro Tag in Puerto viejo in „old Harbour“ gegangen. Mein fühlt sich echt sehr vereppelt, wenn auf der Webseite Fitness Studio angegeben wird und man vor Ort sieht was damit gemeint ist. Daher mein Tipp von der Webseite streichen ! Und es war mit Abstand die teuerste Unterkunft in Costa Rica mit jedoch gleichem Service und Angebot wie in anderen Orten. . Ich war zudem noch in La Fortuna und Tortuguero und San José und kann daher Vergleiche ziehen.
