10.0Room was clean, comfy bed. WiFi is non existant. Patio doors were useful with a dog and moving luggage in and out

4.0The room was nice and quiet, but the food was awful. It was not as advertised and did not tast nice. We ended up leaving dinner pretty much untouched. The travel iron supplied to each room do not work and considering the hotel is also used as a wedding venue, we were shocked they didn't have a normal iron to borrow. When we arrived we waiting about 10/15 minutes before anyone was free to check us in.

6.0Stayed here to attend a weekend function in Ringwood area. Reception not staffed except when checking in, long queue.
Very good stay
10.0We only stayed one night and left at 4am for the airport but our time there was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was amazing
