10.0Staff amazing so helpful and very pleasant
Great breakfast but rooms need updating.
8.0Friendly helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Fresh clean towels. Tea/coffee in room. Fresh clean linen.
− Dated decor in rooms and needs refurbishment (which we believe is ongoing). Room was dark. Would prefer a walk in shower to a bath with shower over. Needs air con for Summer months. Also a little fridge is needed. We moved from Room 12 that was offered to us as the access was up steep narrow stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The bathroom in that room had a plumbing issue as was smelling terribly but was not an issue in Room 24 on the ground floor, so we took that one despite it not being a superior room that we had booked.

10.0The staff were so lovely and so helpful. We came down for reggaeland and they allowed us to check in early to avoid any worries for the evening.

Great service, perfect location, beautiful building.
9.0Loved the location. Felt very safe having a few drinks and food nearby. I loved the building and old character it has. Ample parking. Room was fully equipped with hot drink station in room, iron, hair dryer, and a desk fan. Lots of bed pillows. Good curtains to black out the room. Great food menu at the pub onsite. Very helpful staff who were friendly and talkative.
− Rooms were quite dated. Carpet had seen better days and the bathroom floor was spongey/dipped, probably has some sort of wood rot under the there. But the room was adequate and clean, so not a huge issue for me overall.
We operate a nonsmoking policy throughout, except outdoor areas.
