Très bien placé donc pas de temps perdu pour les visites mais confort limité.
7.0L’emplacement est parfait , 3 minutes de la gare de Saint Pancras et du métro. Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix .
− Le confort est limité : les chambres sont petites mais c’est un 2 étoiles donc conforme à ce qu’on attendait.
Katastrophale Heizmöglichkeiten und beschämender Umgang mit Kundenbeschwerden.
3.0Das Hotel war sehr zentral.
− Die Heizung ging an 2 von 3 Tagen nicht. Nach einer Beschwerde beim Personal wurde uns erst gesagt das diese aktuell Kaputt ist und am nächsten Tag, dass diese um diese Jahreszeit noch gar nicht eingeschaltet wird. Am 3 Tag war die Heizung an konnte aber von uns nicht reguliert werden wodurch das Zimmer so warm war wie in einer Sauna. Das Schlafen war dadurch nicht möglich. Nach einer Beschwerde bei Booking wurde vom Hotel behauptet, dass alles in Ordnung gewesen ist und sie die Mängel nicht nachvollziehen können. Man wird als Gast also nachträglich als Lügner hingestellt. Des Weiteren wurde behauptet die Einstellung an der Heizung wäre durch uns möglich gewesen obwohl der Heizregler abgeschraubt wurde. In der Gegend hausen viele Obdachlose.

− Shower very high had to take down and hand hold. Shower cubicle very small so floor got soaked. One small towel provided.
Ideally situated hotel to explore London
7.0An ideal 2* hotel close to St Pancras when catching an early morning Eurostar. Room was very small but adequate for my needs, just a 5 minute walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross stations and the underground to further afield, so also ideally located if you're exploring London
− Heating didn't come on until the morning, so possibly economy 7?
飛行機を乗り過ごしてしまい、子連れで急遽泊まる場所が必要だったので、とても助かった。どうしても泊まる場所が必要な場合には快適さを求めなければとても良かった。
5.0キングスクロス駅付近で急でしたが、空きがあり料金も安く泊まれたのはとても良かったです。
− 部屋は5階だったが階段しかない。アメニティが袋のシャンプーと小さな固形石鹸のみだったのと、猛暑の日でなかったので良かったが、扇風機しかないので暑い日だと辛いと思う。あと目の前の公園のホームレスや浮浪者、夜中すぎまでその人達や酔っ払いの怒鳴り声などが聞こえた。
