As expected for a Hampton Inn stay
8.0As expected for a Hampton Inn. Staff friendly but card machine was not working and would not accept the card I wanted to pay with. Breakfast was average with the usual on offer

The brown spots are still good!
4.0I had a very nice room. I spent 5 days. Hotel room was very quiet even with multiple children running up and down the hall. There was apparently a softball tournament in town and the hotel was full. Why only 2 stars (poor staffing). Shorter receptionist with brown curly hair. Shes a complete team player and is a major pain. 5 minutes after I checked in as a Diamond member I asked for water - She needed credentials as to who I was. A Mexican walked in regarding reservations and she dramatically stated the hotel was full! This individual stated he wasn't talking about tonight, but next week. On my 4th day I showed her pictures on the food quality - fruit. She stated it was the night managers responsibility, and that the fruit was fine even with brown marks. The Bananas were charred and the apple was decomposing. This individual needs fired. I'm trying not to mention the Eggs were burned.

− The bottom of the bathroom door was damaged, and it looked like a dog was trying to get out.

− Some entrances did not allow room card use Day sleepers complained about dog while we were out. We paid extra for our dog. I returned to room I heard nothing from the dog. And the desk clerk said no other complaints and said probably someone knocked on door or hollered to the dog to shut up. Either way no one else complained
