10.0L’hotel disposa d’habitacions molt premium, però a banda de que és un gran hotel, connectat directament amb el centre comercial de sota, el que més destaco és l’amabilitat i gran disposició de tot el personal per ajudar. En 2 ocasions vaig demanar menjar de fora per l’habitació i el personal em va ajudar a fer la comanda, fins i tot des dels seus telèfons personals (després els hi vaig pagar, evidentment!) per tal de q fos més fàcil el procés, em van cuidar de forma excepcional. Se’ns dubte el millor hotel de referència a Shenzhen! Tornaré!
