− Room was getting tired.
Overall a wonderful experience. The staff are so professional and knowledgable. I look forward to my next stay.

− The internal decor inside the villa is a little old and outdated for a luxury stay. Could do with a facelift.
A lovely weekend getaway with the most superb weather for winter.
9.0The accommodation was good, very quiet and a comfortable - a soft bed that you sunk into. Amazing walks around the golf course - lots of wildlife and privacy. Friendly and very helpful staff and a delightful breakfast which did not disappoint - always an amazing buffet. Loved the spa bath!
− The water pressure in the shower - was quite low. I preferred taking a bath. The vanity and tiles are looking old and would benefit from a refresh. There was also a strange smell on entering the accommodation, it could have been from previous guests cooking - an air freshener or diffuser would help. I also felt it was very dark inside - perhaps a fresh coat of paint would help. Our fireplace was great but there was no glass surrounding it - this seemed unusual as all other ones in the day spa have an enclosure.

10.0The location is perfect — excellent value for the cost, with easy access to all the special attractions, wineries, and destinations that make Hunter Valley so magical. Everything is conveniently close, making it ideal for exploring without long drives. The customer service from the staff was top-class: warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. All the facilities were outstanding, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy on-site. It created the perfect relaxed yet engaging atmosphere for a romantic escape.
