Stayed here several times always a great stay

I did like that the room's were clean and decent to stay in. They had a good breakfast bar as well.

− My only concern was when I initially arrived, I was informed that I didn't have a reservation when I had already paid for the room. I informed the staff that the room was paid for and that the reservation had been made through Booking. I was then informed that Booking probably just took my money and it was implied that Booking takes people's money and doesn't pay for the room's. I have been using them for years and have never had that issue. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was not working. I waited at the counter for a few and the staff finally called the manager only to find out that the managers computer was the only one that had access to Booking.com information. I told the staff that they needed to have access to that information as well so incidents like this didn't occur again. It was a 4 hour drive to get to that hotel. They finally got me into my room. My only other complaint was the noise level. There was no security there to tell people to keep the noise level down. One individual kept revevin up their motorcycle and another had their bass so loud in the car and just sat outside for a while playing the music while in the evening hours.

The bed was comfortable and the shower head was amazing. Loved the pressure, the room was very clean

− I had the ac down to 61° but it still felt some what humid in the room. Toilet seat needs to be fixed, I sat down and the lid slid me to the left. Also, the door needed Weather stripping. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw all this light coming

It was convenient. Staff were very friendly.

− Our AC would not cool the room down we went to bed. Thinking it would but it never did. I reported it in the morning. Before we left.

MThe bed was comfortable, the AC was quiet and worked well. The water pressure was excellent.

− Breakfast was not so great....all the cereals were for kids ( coco puffs, lucky charms), it would have been nice to get a less sugary choice. The eggs were from a package mix and the biscuits were hard. Most of the breakfast food was what we had eaten at other hotels along the way but at a third of the cost. The only healthy choice were some yogurts and apples. Some fresh cheeses or vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers) would have been nice. Coffee is weak. This is not an inexpensive motel but no effort is made to give you value for your buck.
