I stayed at Cervo during my trip to Zermatt, and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location offers the perfect balance of being close to nature while still just a short walk from the center of Zermatt. My room had its own private garden, which was the perfect place to relax in the sun after a day of skiing or hiking. The room was spotless and featured a minibar with a great selection of local specialties. The spa was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. Cervo truly felt more like a second home than a traditional hotel, and I would gladly stay here again.

An unforgettable stay — we can’t recommend it enough! My husband and I stayed at Hotel Cerro in Zermatt, Switzerland, and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home — everyone was kind, warm, and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, well organized, and beautifully designed. Room service was outstanding as well. The hotel is also perfectly located, surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and menu options. Breakfast was amazing, and the waiters were extremely attentive and helpful. The concierge deserves a special mention too — always ready with great suggestions on what to do during the day. We also loved the spa: a gorgeous space with incredible saunas that are the perfect size and were never crowded. In short, this is a hotel we wholeheartedly recommend. We can’t wait to come back!

日本人です。 新婚旅行で2泊させてもらいました。 ネガティブなところが1つもない最高の宿でした。 駅からの送迎に始まり、マッターホルンを望める部屋、最高に美味しい朝食、クオリティの高いSPAと本当にこの宿を選んで良かったと思います。 SPAに関しては、あちこちにタオルが設置してあり、贅沢に使わせてもらいました。 朝食で食べたフレンチトーストは絶品で、卵料理もたくさん食べました。メインとなる料理についても頼み放題で朝食で1人3つくらい頼みましたが全て宿泊代の範囲内ですのでそこも良かったです。 日本のホテルであるような細かい縛りが少なく、最高でした。 内装外装も凝っており、とても可愛く妻と大はしゃぎでした。 あまりに気にいってしまい、クッションも購入しました。 私の拙い英語に合わせてゆっくり喋ってくださり、コミニケーションも問題ありませんでした。 少し留まっているだけで必ず声をかけてくれ、困り事には全て解決策を提示してくれました。 山の上の方にあるホテルですが、専用EVがあり街に下りるのも簡単でした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださり、チェックアウトから2時間ほどした後でも駅まで送迎してくださりました。 スタッフの皆さんはフレンドリーで心地よかったです。 Perfect!!が口癖になりそうです笑 お値段は張りますが、必ずそれに見合ったリターンを得られると思います。 将来絶対にまた訪れたいです。 観光プラスでSPA等を堪能しながらゆっくりするなら、3泊欲しかったなというのが本音です。

− この宿独自というよりはスイスの文化的な話かもしれませんが、ハエが少なくない数いましたが、あまり気にしている感じではありませんでした。 日本人の感覚からすると少しネガティブかもしれません。
