Dirty rooms
2.0The rooms are dirty and nobody cares when reported, the company refuse to give refunds, stains in carpets and rooms dusty cannot have a comfortable night sleep, I’ve stayed in about 7 different rooms in this hotel and only 1 being in a acceptable condition being clean it’s a disgrace

2.0Room was filthy and dusty, carpet and curtains had stains in, if you moved the duvet it was like lots of dust comes off it, I couldn’t sleep room felt so dirty, and to top it off I couldn’t flush the toilet and bathroom smelt of waste, I’ve stayed in about 6 different rooms and only 1 being clean and ok, DISGUSTING place getting worse now I’ve noticed, whole place needs gutting and decorated made me feel uneasy. I took photos to show how bad it is.

6.0More of a hostel than hotel. Staff were friendly and showed us the facilities before taking us to the room. Fridges were full and had everything you could want for breakfast. The room was small but clean though the there was only half a piture when we turned on the tv. Disappointed to see that the bathroom was across the hall rather than en suite and had quite a few cobwebs and spiders in it. There was an outside area which had cigarette butts all over the floor. Not sure we would stay again.
