I’m a handicap person and had to to go stair to the first floor to get to the elevator. This is extremely inconvenient.

− The elevator doesn’t go to 0 floor. You have to leave your luggage, go upstairs to the first floor to ask to send elevator to 0 floor. The elevator itself too small. It can’t carry all your luggage and people at the same time.
