4.0Le calme du quartier, il n' y a que les bois, l'emplacement est très calme.
− L'accueil à l'arrivée était froid, nous avons dit bonjour au monsieur sans réponse, il n y avait qu'un seul peignoir pour 2 personnes, pas de tapis de douche pour la première nuit. Pendant le séjour de 3 jours le lit n'a pas été fait, nous avons invité un ami prendre le petit dej, le jour du départ, il y avait juste 4 saucisses pour 3 personnes, 6 tranches de bacon,ils ont mit les saucisses, bacon et œufs brouillés dans une seule petite assiette pour nous 3. j'ai signalé tout ça, à la réception, et un geste a été fait( une réduction de 30% sur la facture). Mais j'ai quand même été déçue pour un Mercure, c'est la première fois que ce genre de chose m'arrive dans un hôtel Mercure, de surcroît à Paris. Par contre le jeune homme à la réception le jour de notre départ( 22/07/2026) était gentil, c'est lui qui a remonté l'information à la direction. Vous verez la quantité des ssaucisses et autres aliments pour 3 adultes. C'est une HONTE.

9.0Vriendelijke receptie en een sfeervolle ambiance. Kostenloos parkeren voor de ingang en op loopafstand van het mooie centrum en het chateau. Gevulde koelkast op de kamer en koffie en thee faciliteit.
− Niets, behalve de opmerkelijk hoge citytax ten opzichte van andere plaatsen, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen.
