9.0Posizione centrale e molto comoda per muoversi a piedi verso le principali attrazioni. Di fronte al portone c’è la fermata del bus 001 gratuito che porta verso il Prado, Atocha. Si trova vicinissimo alla metro Gran Via. L’hostal è situato dentro un palazzo signorile, molto sicuro e controllato, che ospita altri hostal ai vari piani. Questo è molto silenzioso. La stanza era piccolina ma comoda, soprattutto il materasso e il cuscino. Doccia larga con getto d’acqua potente e calda. Davvero apprezzabile avere il bollitore e la Nestlè espresso in camera.

8.0A nível de localizado é impecável. Mesmo no centro da Grand Via. Temos tudo ao lado. O quarto era limpo e cheiroso. As pessoas eram simpáticas. O prédio era seguro.
− O nosso quarto era ao lado dos arrumos, então durante a noite ouvíamos baralho proveniente daquele espaço (portas a bater constantemente). Os lençóis da cama também era muito pequenos em relação à cama o que não era confortável.
