Overall a pleasant and appealing stay with comfort for families and kids enjoyed their own ways
9.0The entire team is fantastic. Infact I had a concern reported on my 3rd day of my stay for change in breakfast variety and Natasha the manager made it happen specifically for us. They took care of us really well. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay. All beds were of king size and bunk bed with king size with kids loved it. Very close to farrer park MRT. Easy commutation. Only thing is room could have been slightly bigger otherwise thoroughly enjoyed. The chefs were awesome. Made special Pongal for us in request.
− Rooms could have been slightly spacious for the cost paid. Menu could be dynamic instead of standard for morning and evening high tea. Whatever provided was excellent and we really liked it
A FUIR! HOTELIERS VOLEURS ET MALHONNETES!!
1.0− A FUIR!! Nous avions réservé cet hôtel avec booking, en mars en signalant que nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et de 2 enfants, en précisant les âges, 10 et 14 ans. A notre arrivée, on nous a fait payer un SUPPLEMENT car soi-disant, notre enfant avait plus de 11 ans!! Or jamais booking ne nous avait annoncé un " extracharge!!". Pendant le séjour, la chambre était faite pour 2 voire 3 personnes mais jamais 4. Les pyjamas des enfants étaient en boule sur la minuscule table de la chambre! Et l'apothéose, à notre départ, on nous a ENCORE rajouté un autre supplément, pour notre 2ème enfant cette fois! Nous avons refusé de payer, ne comprenant pas du tout ces suppléments ABUSIFS et INCOMPREHENSIBLES! Surtout, l'hôtel s'est permis de prélever sur notre compte, SANS NOTRE AUTORISATION!! Après une bonne vingtaine de mails, l'hôtel nous a remboursés notre dû et a fait une erreur en doublant le remboursement. Aujourd'hui, 1 mois et demi après, Serangoon s'est ENCORE PERMIS de prélever sur notre compte, sans nous en avertir!! On se demande aujourd'hui pendant combien de temps cet hôtel va avoir la main sur notre compte bancaire?!

− The bunker bed is massive, and due to space, it is very close to TV and ceiling. Just make sure children don’t stand on the bed
