nessun soggiorno quando siamo arrivati l'hotel non aveva le nostre camere , pur essendo gia pagate, inoltre in piena notte ci ha scacciato dall'hotel in modo maleducato e impertinente. la nostra societa mettera' in black list questo albero

Nous repartons avec du baume au coeur grâce à la gentillesse de tous les membres de l'hôtel. Je suis furieux du comportement global des touristes envers les tunisiens. Les tunisiens est un peuple chaleureux et gentil.

Les responsables réception ne sont pas attentifs aux demandes des clients. Il n'y a aucun service de navette depuis et pour l'aéroport, alors que cela est mentionné sur leur site. Autrement la restauration est très correcte et le personnel très agréables. Les tarifs pratiqués par l'hôtel pour les activités extérieures sont éxorbitants.

Generally helpful staff can help provide assistance to make up for the staff - the bar comes to mind - who stay busy disappearing into back rooms to avoid the guests. But the helpful staff members well make up for their more elevated colleagues.
