10.0A better location does not exist. This stunning hotel is right in the heart of old town with spacious, clean rooms and amazing staff. We will be staying here again!

4.0今回26泊のクロアチア旅行で、このホテルに2泊しました。皆さんが高評価なのに申し訳ありませんが、私には全く良いホテルだとは思えませんでした。 クラシックホテルには何度も各地で泊まりましたが、ここは古いだけで余りにも時代錯誤だと感じました。 まず異様に暗い照明。30年位前のヨーロッパのクラシックホテルはみんなこれ位暗かったですが、徐々に改善されて今は明るくなっています。ホーンテッドマンションみたいで、怖かったです。 コンセントは何と一つしかありませんでした。 現代の海外旅行では、充電はパスポートの次に大事です。FLix等のチケットも、今は売り場では購入出来ず、ネットでしか予約出来ない時代です。それ位スマホやWi-Fiの充電は欠かせないのに、たったひとつきりでした。 フロントの女性…居丈高で高圧的でした。 極力質問されない様に(面倒なので)短時間で済ませようとしているのがわかりました。 ただでさえ暗い部屋のランプの一つが切れていて、直して欲しいと頼んだら、メンテナンスは明日の朝来るので、それまで待って欲しいと言われましたが、結局チェックアウト迄誰も来ませんでした。 2泊しましたが、ベッドメイクはなく(1人でもダブルルームなので)2枚目のタオルを使いました。部屋全体がカビ臭くて埃っぽいです。 今はまだ旅の途中ですが、その後これ程酷いホテルには出会っていません。 どのホテルでもスタッフは一生懸命に笑顔でもてなしてくれます。 アドリア海が世界的な観光地なのは、こうしたクロアチアの人達の温かいおもてなしがあるからではないでしょうか？ 確かにコトルの街は魅力的でした。 場所も外観も素晴らしいホテルなのに、ソフトがお粗末過ぎる… 久々に出会った酷いホテルでした。
