Die Lage ist sehr gut. Bei allem anderen, ist noch viel Luft nach oben.
3.0Die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt
− Das Hotel ist mit 4 Sternen überwertet. Das Frühstück sehr spartanisch Aufbackbrötchen, Frühstücksauswahl entspricht in keinster Weise einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Dame vom Service nicht sehr motiviert. Sie möchte die Gäste nicht bedienen bzw. nach Getränkewünschen fragen. Die Kaffeekanne steht dort!!! Selbstbedienung. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man mehr Service von anderen Hotels gewöhnt ist.
Ich würde wahrscheinlich beim nächsten Erfurtbesuch ein anderes Hotel wählen!

− Zimmer war 17:30 Uhr noch nicht fertig! Beim zweiten Einchecken wurden wir von einer Dame begrüßt, die mit kauendem Mund ihre Zwischenmahlzeit noch nicht beendet hatte.
Nicht schlecht, aber würden wir nicht wieder wählen,

− Frühstück und Restaurant nur über einen Garten (ca. 150m) im Freien zu erreichen.

Good to know
Private parking is available in the hotel's underground garage for an additional fee (maximum vehicle height of 69 in). Simply ring the bell outside to open the garage door.
Reservations are recommended for the restaurant.
Please note that the entrance of the hotel is at Weitergasse 26. Guests using satellite navigation are advised to enter "Marstallstraße", which connects to Barfüßerstr- and then take a right into the Weitergasse.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
