amazing beautiful stay
10.0staff were amazing on check in. motel was beautiful and clean. the room was easy accessiable as per my request. loved that they dont just provide plain coffee they have a coffee pod machine available,
− everything was great. maybe the only thing i will comment on is to ensure the tables are wiped free from dust all though i have some understanding with heat pumps going they create alot of dust but otherwise nothing else
Close to town, good facilities
7.0Very central location, close to venue where we were exhibiting and very close to local restaurants and city center, Rooms were good sized and the beds are comfy.
− The room servicing was to the bare minimum, and I had to ask to get the room serviced after 3 days of no fresh towels, tea\coffee and rubbish piling up, however once management got on board it was excellent and exceptional clean on our return that day.

− We decided to stay inhouse for dinner to support the restaurant booked in at 5pm as had s show at 6.30 to go to. Gave our orde plus drinksr and all of a sudden the staff member had to go to counter to check in.Guests.A number had turned up at once and we never saw him again.He was our Bartender,Chef and Receptionist.We sat there and waited bit it got to the stage when we knew we were not going to drink or eat if we stayed so let him know as we walked past counter that we had to go elsewhere very quickly of course to eat as we were running out of time. How come only one staff member to attend to everything seems bizarre and let the Motel down terribly in our estimation Imagine if there were more Guests wanting to have dinner? More staff needed to make everything a success.One cannot do 3 Jobs. 9
