− Street noise was excessive throughout the night,with dump trucks emptying bins/recycling from 1:30am every night.

9.0We had a great stay at this wonderfully located little hotel on Lt Bourke St. the rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable. Extremely close and handy to everything in the heart of Melbourne within an easy walk. A special mention to concierge Lilly. This polite and helpful young lady is an asset to the property and couldn’t do enough for us, with great local information. In particular, there was a fire alarm (inconsequential) and she handled that situation with the calm and courtesy of a true professional. This property is exceptional value and we will be back!
