− Zu eng für 3 Personen, das Bad winzig, nur eine Klapptür, Treppe und Fahrstuhl ebenfalls winzig!! Für mich keine 4 Sterne!!

4.0The location of the property is wonderful, close to the main sightseeing spots, right in the city center.
− The hotel has very steep, narrow staircases and heavy doors, and the reception staff were not particularly welcoming. Be prepared to carry your own luggage up the stairs, as no assistance is offered. The room has a TV, but it is practically unusable. No local TV channels are available, and to watch Netflix, you have to log in with your own personal account. Two small 330 ml bottles of water in the minibar cost €7. Considering that a night at this hotel costs over €300, I believe these basic amenities should be included in the price. Complimentary drinking water and a properly configured TV with Netflix and a few local channels would make the stay much more comfortable and the overall experience far more consistent with the price. Unfortunately, the service and amenities did not meet my expectations for a hotel in this price range.

− A standard double is a twn bed in an attick space with a sloped ceiling limiting the actual useful area of an already incredibly small room.

3.0La posizione è sta l’unica cosa positiva della struttura
− Per accedere alla camera bisogna salire delle scale a chiocciola con dei gradini così stretti che devi poggiare solo la punta del piede , c’è un microscopico ascensore che però ti permette di salire solo di un piano, il bagno incommentabile aveva la porta modello saloon senza privacy
