2.0Horrible....I regret booking itanf I very rarely regret booking a hotel! We booked it and while on our way the host called me to ask when will arrive. I said we will arrive late around 11.30. I asked him to leave us the keys if he wants to go. He no that's fine, he will wait for us. I arrived exactly 11.30. There was noone there.. we knocked we called, even met one of the guests who said that the host has keft ling time ago. What is this?! Horrific

10.0We had a pleasant stay at the hotel,the room was a decent size,clean and well furnished,the free buffet breakfast which is mainly continental did include bacon and sausages and was plentiful The staff were excellent.There are plenty of parking places,and the hotel is dog friendly The choice of beers was really good ,and food appetising although not many choices on the menu Clapham is a lovely village,and is a good base to visit many scenic areas of the Dales We will be making a return visit to the New Inn next year

10.0Our room was a good size with a big bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and the bar and restaurant were nice, with great food. Had a lovely stay and plan on going back.
Good to know
