Lads holiday
10.0Stayed here for a little over a week with my friends as part of an Easyjet package holiday. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet with a mix of different types of guests. All of the staff here couldn’t do enough for you and were all so lovely and helpful throughout our stay (special mentions go to the lady behind the pool bar and the security guard who helped me and my friends to our rooms on several occasions after a night on the strip!) The rooms were well equipped and were clean and comfortable. Bedding was changed and fresh towels were provided daily. The pool area was a great place for us to be during the day. Plenty of seating both in the sun and the shade. Pool bar was very reasonably priced and had a large menu of drinks and food. Staff were also very helpful with food allergies and were extremely attentive. The hotel is in a good location, with a shop, restaurant/ cafe/ bar and chemist all within 5 to 10 minutes. The strip is around 15 to 20 minutes away and the beach is about 20 to 25 minutes away (on foot). The only downsides to this hotel are that you have to pay for air conditioning which if I remember correctly is €15 per night. I can understand why they do this however it was quite expensive. When using the shower, water floods the entire bathroom which made the floor very slippery and we were having to wear our sliders in the bathroom in order to not get wet following. Finally, during the day the gates are open and unmanned. Meaning that anyone walking past can just walk into the grounds of the hotel which did create a slight feeling of insecurity. Overall this hotel couldn’t have been much better and really made our holiday. Should I ever return to Malia/ Crete, I will most definitely be staying here. Thank you all once again.

10.0Excellent holiday, very friendly staff. The new menu was great. Rooms are good and cleaned every day. In old town but 10 minutes from the strip. Great restraunts nearby. Will certainly be back. 😀
Beautiful hotel
10.0Beautiful hotel Me and my mother stayed here recently and we had a fantastic time. The staff are so friendly The rooms are clean and big (the shower is amazing) Pool area is nice with lovley pool bar and sunloungers are always available. The food is superb aswell .. Cannot fault this place at all! We will be back Thank you for making our holiday special
Well Kept and Maintained
10.0Lovely apartments and very well maintained. Food and drink are well priced and the quality and portion sizes are good. Location is about a ten minute walk from Malia strip and just a few minutes from the beautiful bars and restaurants of Old Town Malia. Close enough to get to everything but far enough to still have a good night's sleep. Our only complaint re the hotel is that the pool is super cold, so getting in it at this time of year was - breathtaking! Might be worth considering somw heating for it!
Great for old and young .
10.0This is our second time at the kristalli hotel and for a three star hotel you get five star treatment, very family orientated from old to young and every member of staff are so friendly. The owners and staff do their best to give you a holiday to remember so no wonder so many return year after year. You even get a bottle of wine in your room on arrival.
