Convenient but kind of off-putting.
6.0I liked the location and the staff was friendly and helpful.
− The cleanliness of the room could have been better. For instance, there was sticky goo on the side table by the bed, and there was a dirty sock left by a prior guest by the curtains.

− Housekeeping was not provided despite several reminders. In addition, one of the building’s two elevators was out of service for the duration of our stay, causing significant inconvenience. Most disappointing was the apparent lack of concern or urgency from the staff when these issues were raised. Overall, the service fell well below expectations.
Reasonably good.
8.0− Cons: Sleep quality was not good. The mattress was not comfortable (as in other Marriotts), and the AC was very loud and there was no way to turn it off.
