− The mattress was really bad. Caused back ache sleeping on it.

6.0Location is very central, the apartment itself is nice enough.
− The walls do not have the dramatic wallpaper shown in the photo - it's all very drab, in many places quite dirty, and everywhere the sadness of magnolia emulsion. Lots of marks and cracks, and ugly damp problems in the bathroom, with peeling paint in other places too. Didn't like the anonymous check-in procedure - it felt very alien. The owner didn't reply to any messages and there was no sense of 'welcome' about arriving there. The fact that it was below par (decoratively-speaking) was a let down, and we couldn't get the TV to work on normal channels but there was no way of getting any answers to any questions: just Instructions on how to check in, check out, all by WhatsApp.

10.0Fantastic Apartment, great location for ICC, Broad Street, Utilita Arena and the city centre just 10 minutes walk away. Place was huge and clean and comfortable. Great host and communication. Thank you for a great stay.
