5.0kurze Wege in die Altstadt; kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel; neu renoviertes Hotelzimmer, großes Bad, Personal sehr bemüht
− Entgegen der Buchung vor 10 Monaten! anderes und vor allem leider viel kleineres Zimmer bekommen (entgegen der Beschreibung beim Buchen = statt 25m2 hatten wir nur ein ca.10m2-Zimmer - mit Bad ca. 16m2) - ohne Terasse, ohne Stadtblick (stattdessen Blick auf Balkon des Nachbarhauses in ca. 2m Entfernung); unsauber renoviertes Bad, keinerlei Ablagen und keine Pflegeprodukte im Bad, keinerlei Schränke/Ablagen im Zimmer, Spannbettlaken zu klein - gingen jede Nacht ab, nur leere Bettbezüge als Bettdecken, TV nur als Internet - keine TV-Sender; Frühstück OK: Note 3
