2nd time we have stayed here on trip to Ont. The front desk staff are so friendly.

1.0Rien, nous ne sommes pas restés, nous avons remis nos clés et avons payé pour trouver un hébergement de meilleure qualité
− La chambre ėtait très sale incluant la literie, particulièrement la jupe de lit qui était dégueulasse. Les tuiles de la chambre de bain étaient noires de saleté. On aurait dit que le mobilier était fait de tout ce qui ne vas pas ensemble. J’ai quitté la chambre pour faire une commission alors que mon mari y faisait une petite sieste et comme je partais, 2 préposées au ménage voulaient entrer dans la chambre. Je leur ai dit que quelqu’un y était, ça les faisait rire. C’est après que nous avons décidé de quitter. La préposée à l’accueil nous a dit que le ménage est fait très rapidement en raison de l’achaladange de la saison et elle ne comprenait pas que les gens du ménage essayaient d’entrée dans la chambre même si elle était occupée. Elle nous a dit de communiquer avec vous pour essayer d’avoir un remboursement. J’ai souvent réserver avec Booking dans le passé sans problème, mais cette fois ci, c’est une déception sur toute la ligne. Nous avons réservé un autre établissement avec Hotel.com
