Resort shut down
2.0When we arrived the resort was shut down. I'm still waiting on Hotel.com to reply to me regarding refund of my deposit. Hotels.com need to remove this resort from any lists.

2.0It was derelict on arrival. No reception all locked up no signage no phone number connected. Had to book somewhere else last minute sitting out the front of this place. Very disappointed.

2.0Property was not available when we arrived, no check in facilities were present on property, subsequently told that property had been sold in the last few weeks and was no longer being used for accommodation, but this information was not conveyed to me by property owner or by Wotif
