2.0One of the worst hotels ive stayed in. I was upgraded to a suite which was great. However getting into the room i wanted to shower but there were no towels. I requested some but they never showed up so I dried off with a Tshirt. The safe battery was dead so i couldnt lock up my valuables. The air conditioning was broken so it was a warm 24°c the whole time. The handle on the bedroom side of the door was missing. If i had closed that door i would have been trapped in the room. I tried to take naps in the afternoon but the music coming from the pool 8 floors dow. Sounded like it was right next to me. They did offer to switch my rooms due to the ac, but after all the issues with this room who knows what i would have been walking into. You get what you pay for i guess.
