OMG !!! We had booked a sea view room and it did not disappoint. The view of the long beach & ocean is simply to die for, oh…….and the sound 😀 The hotel is fabulous. Bright, modern and lots of space, as is the room. The staff and service were absolutely first class, treated us as if we were the only couple staying. It’s ideally located perched right on the cliff edge and just a ten minute drive from Wilderness town. Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Views, thank you & well done to their great team of people.

Whoever is the General Manager of The Views Hotel has either been incredibly fortunate to inherit one of the finest hotel teams or possesses exceptional talent in assembling such a remarkable team. The quality and personal attention provided by every member of The Views team make you feel as if you are the only guests at the hotel—it truly feels that special. What stands out most is that this level of service isn’t just for show or sales; it’s genuine. Each team member takes real pride in making your visit unforgettable. From greeting you by name, asking about your walk along the stunning beach, to taking the time to get to know you personally, the service consistently goes above and beyond. The hotel itself, along with the rooms—we were fortunate to stay in a sea-facing suite—is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and fitted with high-quality touches throughout. It’s the little details that elevate the experience even further: the evening turndown service, morning coffee or tea delivered to your room, and other thoughtful gestures that make a lasting impression. The Views Hotel sets an extraordinarily high benchmark for customer service, and we feel truly privileged to have experienced such a memorable stay.

She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure every visit is seamless, relaxing, and memorable — her warmth and attention to detail truly set the tone for the whole experience 😊 Our treatments were, as always, outstanding. A huge thank you to Melita and Kiara, who take such great care of us every time. Great hotel with fantastic cliff top views along the beach. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Steps down to the beach and a beautiful 1 hour walk along a clean, sandy and deserted beach to Widerness village. Only stopping a 5 star is the lack of Ubers in the area so sometimes quite a wait to get to Wilderness for dinner etc
