5.0Restaurant staff very lovely, reception staff less so. The room itself is beautiful, the private pool and view are amazing - but you cannot enjoy it due to the aircon situation.
− The cost for what you get is shocking. The room is technically stunning but the aircon doesn't work, its simply a fan that blows air when its on, and is so loud you cannot function when its on - but when its off, the room hasn't cooled at all. We were there for our honeymoon and we couldn't relax all week, because of this. Charging such extortionate prices and not sorting out the air con is unforgiveable. Also - the restaurant food isn't great, the staff are SO nice, but the food is boring and bland and overpriced. Whoever owns the hotel clearly wants to charge top price but not do upkeep.

− The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were clean and of good size. The presidential suit was reasonably priced and had an amazing view of the beach.
