− Here is our NIGHTMARE stay experience! This Hotel is a scam the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel! This was, without question, the WORST hotel experiences my family has ever had. From the moment we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. The room was dirty, carpets are torn, curtains are stained the entire hotel smells like cigarettes the couch was covered in stains we didn’t even put our luggage on it let alone sit on it! Bathroom was disgusting!  We found cockroaches, there were no blankets provided, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was a strong chemical or gas-like odor that made us question whether it was even safe to stay there. The most disturbing part of our stay was discovering that our son’s mattress had what appeared to be blood on it. There was absolutely no way we were going to let him sleep in that bed, so he had to stay in my mother-in-law’s room instead. No family should have to deal with something like that after paying for a hotel room. I reported these issues immediately and was told there is nothing they could do about it because the manager Zachary wasn’t there. A woman and her son next to us didn’t have any power in their room and was told they couldn’t help her either!   When I contacted Booking.com for help,they told me I would be getting half of my money back  than was later informed that the hotel changed their mind and were not giving us any money back, despite what we had been told earlier. Zachary lied and told booking that he offered us another room which was in fact a lie he never spoke to us at all! That was incredibly frustrating and left us feeling completely misled. We paid for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Instead, we received a filthy room, cockroaches, what appeared to be blood on our son’s mattress, missing bedding, non-working Wi-Fi, and a concerning chemical odor. I documented the condition of the room with photos and videos because it was that bad.

− Our room wasn’t cleaned.. we had to request towels and they lost our pillows after a couple of hours being checked out of the room

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff I would rate 10/10 but the room would have to be a 1/10.

− The room was disgusting, the carpet was torn and a piece was hastily patched into it. The sheets had a stain on them and a lot of trim in the room around the base and ac unit was broken. One of the walls were covered in a white scum.
