6.0Property was poorly maintained. There were broken treads on the steps, rough wall patches in bathroom, and window frame rotted through to outside.
Overall Excellent!
10.0The new owners have obviously improved this inn since our last visit, it was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was much improved, I was a bit ticked that the person at the front desk charged us an additional $20.00 for being about 2.5 hours early even though our room was available. Other than that I give them 'two thumbs up'.
If you like filthy, you'll like this property
2.0Made the mistake of walking around barefoot, feet were black. Cobwebs on windows and chairs. Tried to charge us $25 extra for early check-in.

− The room was smelly, small and the air conditioning didn’t work. When we asked for another room we were told they were booked and no refund. The manager came out finally and found another room and it was tolerable. Even though we paid for another night we left after that first night.
