− The size of the room and it was suppose to be a king size bed
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Would never stay again
1.0The lady that was over the breakfast was the sweetest!!
− The room I booked was unavailable due to a flood that happened the property. It was smaller and I did not find out until I went up to my room. No apologies and no professionalism from the front desk. Lack of any accommodation or care. There was also a roach in the bathroom. The front desk reeked of marijuna smell.

− Internet doesnt work for many days, room noise isolation from room to room is bad, you can feel the room vibrating for kids running in the same floor (not upstair room)
