Terrible service
2.0There was no heating in the hotel. The hotel provided a heater, which did not solve the problem. It was -3C outside. Hotel personnel did not compensate or apologize situation in any way. Also, the card holder for electricity immediately broke. There was also no tea station in the room. It was brought after 3 requests . Сups were not changed in the future. The cups stay dirty in the room during my entire stay.

8.0Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist verkehrstechnischt trotzden sehr gut zugänglich. Es hat einen direkten Zugang zur Fußgängerzone (Petersburgskaya), die sich bis zum Kazaner Kremel erstreckt. Der PKW-Zugang erfolgt von der Rückseite. Alles ist gut und zweckmäßig organisiert und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber! Die Parkplätze befinden sich im Haus nahe des Eingangs. Bei seiner Überfüllung stehen weitere Plätze im Haus an gesicherter Stelle (Tor). Küche (warm) sehr gut. Frühstück gut aber leider fast ohne Brot/Brötchen. Rezeption sprachlich (engl.) gewandt. Alle getroffenen Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner Aussichtspunkt auf höchster (17) Etage. In gleichen Komplex befindet sich eine im Warmen erreichbare Einkaifsmeile. Gesamturteil: GERNE WIEDER - Sehr zu empfehlen!

2.0Отель наверное и неплох. Не смогла объективно судить, потому что все было испорчено еще в момент регистрации. Вовремя не заселили, адекватных ответов по продолжительности ожидания не давали, администраторы вели себя несдержанно. В итоге вместо заявленного времени заселения 14.00 ключи от номера я получила в 18.00. Отель извинительных комплиментов не предоставил. Не место красит человека, а человек место😁конечно😁
The hotel did not live up the expectations
6.0The hotel deserves strong three stars but it is very difficult to talk about four stars. Everything is very bad with the customer service. I asked to cook oatmeal on water for breakfast cause I have lactose intolerance but my request was categorically denied arguing that they do not cook individually for each client. After all I also found out that there were neither teapot nor a single cup in the room. The only plus is the close location to the city center.
