The worst experience I’ve ever had
1.0− 5 o’clock in the afternoon no staff available contact telephone number was unanswered or didn’t work. The room wasn’t vacated by previous tenant and was left in a disgusting manner and was not cleaned. Had to book other accommodation somewhere else.
Currently lots of building works, but a nice 3star
6.0It has great access to the Rail trail, town and gallery via a short drive. Beds were good and the room is tired but clean. Clean towels. Toaster and jug. Fridge with small milk.
− There is no onsite stqff, more an airbnb style now. It is on a major road with road works right out front which starts early and makes entry and exits difficult, scarey. Part of it is currently under refurbishment which goes on during the day, so didnt bother us. However parking was tricky, witha skip, rubbish and work vehicles parked accross parking spots. Once all this is complete i am sure its a good place to stay.
I had a great nights stay there and the bed was super comfy.

Man in one of the units was very aggressive to someone. We used the other stairs to stay away from him. Thin walls. Hear
5.0Had trouble finding an overnight stay, last minute. So this was available. Beds were large and comfortable. Parking was easy.
− TV wasn’t digital. So we couldn’t connect even our movie apps. No fan in bathroom, so I was damp putting my clean clothes on. No ice in the fridge. Lamps next to beds were way too bright. Blinding. No shelf in bathroom for shampoo etc. original check-in stated 3.00pm. Most are 2pm.
